Philip's career and background has historically been in advertising. Initially he worked for The Royds Group before he became Managing Director of The McCann Consultancy, the financial and corporate agency within McCann Erickson. Philip is one of the original founders and remains the Chairman of The Gate Worldwide, one of the world's leading financial and specialist advertising and communications agencies. This was previously the advertising arm of the Citigate/Incepta Group. Philip is responsible for the financial and operational performance of eight separate businesses in twenty nine offices throughout the world. |

David’s role is to lead the Group’s design brands. A graphic designer and a passionate believer in the commercial and social benefits of the strategic use of design, he is a member of D&AD and a fellow of the CSD and RSA. After working at Conran Associates and Stewart McColl, he established his own business, Worthington & Co, which he later sold to the Conran Design Group, where he was MD for ten years. David has extensive experience in the retail, banking and leisure sectors, for companies such as Diesel, Nationwide and First Choice. He is consultant curator to the London Transport Museum and consultant to the Sector Skills Council for creative and cultural industries. |
